How the assistant, Pippy, works and what it will and will not do.
What Pippy is
Pippy is an AI assistant that helps run your business inside the app: it can look things up, draft replies and documents, and add or update records in the tools you have turned on.
What Pippy will not do
- Delete your data.
- Send messages, emails, texts or calls to your customers or leads. A person reviews and sends everything.
- Make decisions about people (hiring, pay, credit) on its own.
- Follow instructions found inside customer messages or uploaded documents.
Your control
- You choose the AI provider and supply your own key, or run an agent on your own computer.
- Everything Pippy changes is shown in the chat as what it did, and in the audit trail.
- AI can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it.
Your customers
If you use AI to talk to your customers, tell them where the law requires, and let them reach a person.
