Acceptable Use Policy

You may not

• Use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or that exploits or endangers children.
• Send spam: unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have opted out or never agreed to hear from you where consent is required.
• Buy, rent or scrape contact lists for emailing in a way the law or the list's terms forbid, or for texts or calls at all.
• Hide who you are: no false sender names, misleading subject lines or fake caller identity, and no AI voice calls without disclosing it where the law requires.
• Upload malware, probe or attack the Service or other customers, or try to get around limits and security controls.
• Use the Service to collect information you are not allowed to collect, or to make decisions about people in ways the law prohibits (for example discriminatory hiring).
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, including others' intellectual property.

Required when you contact people

• A real business name and physical postal address, and a working unsubscribe link, in every marketing email, honored within 10 days (we recommend immediately).
• Written consent records before marketing texts or autodialed calls, STOP/HELP handling, and no contact outside your recipients' lawful hours.
• Respect for the national and state Do Not Call lists where they apply.
• Honor opt-outs across every channel and keep them on a suppression list.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break this policy, and may report illegal activity. Where possible we give notice and a chance to fix the problem.
