BizzieBot

Hi, I'm PIPPY.
I run a business while you sleep.

Watch what I did today.

Email answered. Calls booked. Posts drafted. Leads followed up. All before you had your coffee.

Hero Video (90 sec)

PIPPY in action

Sound familiar?

You're growing the business but the busy work is killing the actual business.

Email eats your morning

You sit down to "do the real work" and 47 emails hit you first. Half are noise. Half need real replies. By the time you've cleared them, your morning is gone.

Bookings fall through the cracks

Someone DMs "can we hop on a call next week?" You say "yes." Then you forget. Then they forget. Then the lead is cold and you didn't even notice.

Posting is a job you don't have time for

You know you should post more. You have ideas. You just don't have 90 minutes a day to write, design, schedule, and reply. So you don't.

Leads go dark

Someone asks for pricing. You reply. They ask a follow-up. You mean to reply. Two weeks later, they're with someone else.

None of this is a you problem. It's a "no one is doing this for you" problem.

Three things, all day, every day.

PIPPY doesn't sleep. PIPPY doesn't forget. PIPPY doesn't burn out in week three.

Handles your email

Reads, drafts, replies, escalates. You only see what needs you.

  • → Auto-reply to common questions
  • → Drafts replies to real inquiries
  • → Detects keywords (collab, press)
  • → Categorizes: needs you, can wait

Books your calls

Visitors see your calendar. You see bookings appear. Nobody gets lost.

  • → Self-hosted booking page
  • → Auto-confirm + reminders
  • → Reschedule link included
  • → Buffer time built in

Posts your content

Multi-platform posting from one queue. Approved before it goes live.

  • → Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
  • → Caption reviewer checks tone
  • → Buffer queue with timing
  • → Weekly recap in inbox

Plus all the boring stuff: FAQs on your website, lead capture, follow-ups, calendar, and the work you keep forgetting about.

Meet PIPPY. Your AI employee.

PIPPY is the default character. Warm, capable, friendly. Most people keep her as-is. Some rename her. Some swap her out for Vex, Pixel, or Mochi. Your call.

PIPPY avatar

This morning, before you had coffee:

  • ● PIPPY answered 8 customer emails
  • ● PIPPY booked 2 sales calls
  • ● PIPPY drafted 3 social posts
  • ● PIPPY captured 4 leads
  • ● PIPPY flagged 1 message for you

You open your phone. You approve the 3 posts. You read the press inquiry. You go back to the real work.

Three things PIPPY is NOT

  • ✕ Not a chatbot that pretends to know you. PIPPY actually has access to your tools.
  • ✕ Not a tool you have to remember to use. PIPPY runs in the background, every day.
  • ✕ Not a thing you have to maintain. Ray does that part.

Simple pricing. No surprises.

You pay setup once. You pay a flat monthly for the maintenance. That's it.

Hardware is priced at interview time.

Every business is different. We figure out what you actually need to run — local, cloud, dedicated Mac, or just on your existing laptop — during the call. Then you buy the hardware at retail.

The terms (locked):

  • • No long-term contract. Month-to-month after setup.
  • • Cancel anytime, no penalty.
  • • 30-day satisfaction guarantee: no month 2 charge.
  • • Tier changes with 7 days notice.
  • • Ray doesn't take a cut of your revenue.

Here's what it actually looks like.

No mockups. These are real conversations, real emails, real screenshots from Ray's own running instance.

Sample email screenshot

PIPPY replying to a customer inquiry

A customer asked about hat sizing.

PIPPY detected the FAQ match, pulled the sizing chart, attached it, and replied — all in under 30 seconds. The customer got a useful answer. You got a notification that it was handled.

Why it matters: You didn't write that reply. You didn't even see the question until it was answered. That's the whole point.

Sample Telegram chat

Ray ↔ PIPPY conversation

"What did you do this morning?"

Ray sent PIPPY a Telegram message. PIPPY replied with a one-line summary of every action taken since Ray went to bed: 2 calls booked, 8 emails handled, 1 draft awaiting review. Ray tapped the draft, approved it, went back to sleep.

Why it matters: You don't log in to a dashboard. You don't remember to check anything. PIPPY pings you when there's something worth pinging you about.

Brand-guard block

Cross-vault send refused

Brand-guard caught a bad send.

Someone tried to send an email from a BizzieBot address using a Lexie signature. The brand-guard caught it BEFORE the send went out and returned: BLOCKED: cross-vault signature detected. This account is BizzieBot, not Lexie.

Why it matters: PIPPY runs across multiple brands, multiple inboxes, multiple identities. Without guardrails, an email from the wrong account with the wrong signature is a 30-second mistake that costs you a customer. The brand-guard makes that mistake impossible.

Three steps. No surprises.

From "I'm interested" to "PIPPY is running" in about a week.

We build it

1-2 days, you don't do anything technical. Ray stands up your BizzieBot instance. You don't touch a server. You don't write code. You don't read docs. You pick PIPPY's name.

PIPPY starts the next morning

What's included in setup

● BizzieBot instance on your Mac
● PIPPY character configured
● 1 brand vault (Basic) or 5 (Pro)
● Cal.com booking page
● Telegram bot set up
● Brand-guard rules configured
● 30-min first-run walkthrough
● Daily check-ins for 30 days

Questions, answered.

Is this just Hermes + a chatbot?
Mostly. The difference is the brand-guard layer that prevents skills from bleeding into the wrong inbox, the maintenance Ray does monthly, and the support when things break. Most people who try to set up Hermes themselves hit the 'skills contaminate emails' problem within a week. Ray has been studying this since the day Hermes came out. He has been in it every day, breaking it, rebuilding it, finding the places skills bleed into each other, and building the guardrails to stop it.
Do I have to know anything technical?
No. You talk to PIPPY on Telegram (or iMessage, SMS, or web chat — your call). You don't write code. You don't read logs. You don't configure anything. Ray handles the technical side. You handle the 'what should PIPPY do' side.
Can I pick a different character instead of PIPPY?
Yes. PIPPY is the default. You can rename her, swap her for Vex (sharp, direct, edgy), Pixel (nerdy, cute, retro), or Mochi (soft, warm, friendly). Or Ray designs a custom character for your brand (+$500 one-time).
What if I have more than one brand?
Standard and Pro tiers support multi-vault. You can have 3-5 brand identities in the same BizzieBot instance. Each gets its own email, its own signature, its own Telegram bot, its own vocabulary. The brand-guard makes sure they never accidentally cross.
What happens if PIPPY gets something wrong?
Two paths. (1) PIPPY drafts it and pings you to approve before sending. You see the draft, you hit send or you edit it. (2) PIPPY sends it and pings you with what was sent. You reply with a correction if needed. Either way, you're in the loop on anything important.
What does Ray actually do every month?
You use BizzieBot. Ray keeps it alive. Monthly: updates, patches, memory cleanup, log review. Weekly (Standard and Pro): cron health check, failed automation review, one-line summary to you. Daily (Pro): real-time monitoring, fixes before you notice, new automation opportunities flagged.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime, no penalty. 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if it's not working in the first 30 days, no month 2 charge and Ray helps you migrate off. After that, you cancel any time and your instance shuts down cleanly. Your data is yours.
Is my data safe?
Your BizzieBot instance runs on YOUR Mac (or YOUR dedicated machine). Not on Ray's server. Not in a shared cloud. The brand-guard runs locally. The Google OAuth tokens are yours. If Ray's setup gets hacked, your data is fine. If you cancel, you can keep running the instance yourself (or have Ray export it for you).
